Trading Operations Specialist - Digital Assets (APAC Remote)

About the Role

Join our APAC-based team as a Trading Operations Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate digital asset and fiat settlements, reconciliation, and treasury operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with trading, treasury, and operations teams in the dynamic world of digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital asset and fiat trade settlement and communicate with counterparties for timely and accurate settlements.
• Perform trade reconciliation from post-trade to settlement.
• Track treasury movements and liaise with trading and finance on asset balances.
• Coordinate internally with trading, OTC, and options teams on balances and settlement status.
• Provide administrative and client communication support.
• Handle asset rebalancing and whitelisting of crypto addresses across multiple platforms (CEXs, DEXs).
• Manage and add new banking beneficiaries, supporting fiat transfers and settlements.
• Liaise with bank account managers regarding cut-off times, fees, and troubleshooting.
• Track and alert on client margin and net open positions, coordinating asset transfers to maintain thresholds.
• Report technical and financial problems and support the development team for improvements and automation.
• Monitor and project manage internal operations ticketing processes.
• Oversee and enhance collection, documentation, and organization of external counterparty FX and OTC trade data.
• Improve the efficiency and design of trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trading and/or trading operations, with a strong focus on settlements and trading reconciliation.
