Trading Operations Specialist - Digital Assets (Americas Remote)

About the Role

Join our Americas-based trading operations team as a Trading Operations Specialist, playing a key role in managing digital asset and fiat settlements and supporting our trading desks during Americas hours. This is an opportunity to contribute to the core operations of a leading digital asset market maker.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital asset and fiat trade settlements and communicate with internal and external counterparties.
• Perform trade reconciliation from post-trade through settlement.
• Track treasury balances and liaise with trading and finance teams.
• Coordinate with internal trading teams (OTC, Options) on balances and settlement status, providing administrative and client communication support.
• Execute asset rebalancing and whitelist crypto addresses across multiple platforms and exchanges (CEXs, DEXs).
• Manage banking beneficiaries and support fiat transfers and settlements, liaising with bank account managers regarding cut-off times, fees, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and alert on internal and external client margin and net open positions, coordinating asset transfers to maintain margin thresholds.
• Track, report, and support resolution of technical and financial issues, aiding the development team with improvements and automation efforts.
• Oversee and manage internal operations ticketing processes, working with trading teams to streamline and improve them.
• Enhance the collection, documentation, and organization of external counterparty FX and OTC trade data for cost and best execution tracking.
• Contribute to improving the efficiency and design of trade reporting and post-trade settlement procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience in trading and/or trading operations.
• Experience with trade settlements and trading reconciliation.
