Join our core Market Making Services engineering team as a Trading Support Engineer, operating at the intersection of technology and financial markets. This exciting role is for a proactive problem-solver dedicated to ensuring our trading systems run seamlessly, responding calmly under pressure, and bridging the gap between traders, quants, and engineers to maintain our competitive edge in the dynamic 24/7 crypto landscape. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement in our trading infrastructure and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless operation and reliability of critical trading systems in a 24/7 environment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with traders, quants, and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve system anomalies.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively contribute to infrastructure improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of trading system processes and tools.
• Maintain clear communication channels, translating complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a trading support, SRE, or similar technical role, preferably within financial services or the crypto industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
• Solid understanding of trading systems, market data, and order flow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively bridging technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed, remote-first team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, potentially including on-call rotations to support 24/7 operations.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote position, welcoming candidates from various global locations including Singapore, Taipei, Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and India.
