About the Role

Join Docker's fast-paced, collaborative UX Research team to shape the future of developer experience for millions of users worldwide. In this remote-first role, you'll drive impactful research that directly influences our #1 tool for building, sharing, and running applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative user research to uncover key insights.
• Determine appropriate research methods, define and execute research across multiple projects, and provide both tactical and strategic insights.
• Communicate insights and recommendations in a consumable, engaging way using artifacts such as reports, journey maps, and personas, guiding our team towards a delightful developer experience.

About the Team

The UX Research team at Docker is passionate about developer experience, partnering closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and our vibrant community to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. We are a remote-first team, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones (Canada: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario; United States), dedicated to making app development easier for developers globally.
