About the Role

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify clinics that may be disengaging as active customers.
• Proactively reach out to clinics via phone, email, live chat, and video conference.
• Train and educate existing Vetcove users to deepen their engagement with the platform.
• Address customer concerns and objections with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Create engaging content to support veterinary professionals, including doctors, technicians, and inventory specialists.
• Analyze customer data to understand user churn and identify areas for improvement.
• Solicit customer feedback to inform platform evolution and address objections.
• Collaborate with customer experience, sales, and engineering teams on feature requests and enhancements.
• Develop and refine processes to streamline customer retention workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of relevant, customer-facing work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• A strong desire to help customers succeed.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team mentality.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations.
• Experience with technology platforms is a plus.
• Veterinary industry experience is strongly preferred.
