Vice President, Business Development/Operations (Government)

About the Role

Lead a high-impact global function as Vice President of Government, driving business development and strategic execution for government programs, societal impact initiatives, and high school partnerships to uplift communities through education and workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the Government department strategy in alignment with company-wide goals.
• Drive global expansion of government and societal impact initiatives.
• Position Udacity’s executive leadership as thought leaders in skills development and community transformation.
• Serve as a key spokesperson and evangelist with public officials and philanthropic leaders.
• Lead a team of business development and project management professionals.
• Cultivate government and philanthropic partnerships across various geographies.

Requirements

• Strong background in public sector engagement.
• Experience with digital skilling initiatives and partnership development.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven leadership experience.

Location

This is a global role, with a focus on regions including the United Arab Emirates, UK, Germany, and Egypt.
