Responsibilities

• Work directly with B12 users/clients, applying your expertise in marketing, web design, or web development.
• Actively participate in the B12 community, collaborating with other partners and sharing feedback with the B12 team.
• Master B12’s AI-powered website editor to help users quickly grow and build their websites.
• Become proficient with the B12 website editor and potentially gain early access to new opportunities within the B12 ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web design, marketing, or web development.
• Confidence in leveraging B12’s tools to help customers grow their online presence.
• Excellent written communication skills and a collaborative approach to client interaction.
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality websites and transitioning between projects seamlessly.
• Eagerness to learn and master new tools, especially B12's Design Suite.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and understanding their unique design needs.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles or other relevant design tools.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and translating customer requests into well-structured designs.
