Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable features for the main company website and related growth platforms.
• Optimize website performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, load times) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to iterate on design and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Ensure robust monitoring and alerting are in place for critical website functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in full-stack web development, focusing on high-traffic, consumer-facing websites.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and strong proficiency in server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).
• Demonstrated ability to significantly improve website performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices as they relate to front-end development.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with data analytics platforms and integrating tracking tools for growth analysis.
• Familiarity with WebAssembly or other advanced front-end performance techniques.
• Background in building and maintaining design systems.
