Responsibilities

• Shape every stage of website development, from concept to deployment.
• Empower the marketing team to manage content autonomously through our CMS and AI tools.
• Build high-performance, conversion-optimized pages for acquisition channels.
• Integrate deeply with our martech stack (Marketo, Wistia, Chili Piper, AI SEO tooling).
• Continuously experiment with new libraries and automation to enhance site performance and creativity.

Requirements

• Interest in JavaScript technologies.
• Interest in marketing topics.
• Ability to work on a range of projects (integration, architecture, SEO, AI-powered) with a focus on front-end problematics.
• Skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical teammates.
• Keen eye for design and experience creating intuitive, efficient, and elegant interfaces.
• Comfort with algorithms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Vuejs, TS, Nuxt, or Prismic.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO or content management.

About the Team

The Website squad is a tight-knit group of 2 engineers, 1 Product Manager, and 1 Designer. Our objective is to make our website a technical product, a creative platform, and a revenue engine, serving as the cornerstone of all 360Learning marketing efforts.
